Mavelle was born in 2016 in the intimacy of a bedroom, that of Mathilde, the creator and founder, while she was attending a Parisian sewing and lingerie school.

In love with freedom and in love with love, she began to create adornments, like invitations to accept oneself, spaces for expressing all facets of the Truth that surrounds femininity, full and complete, in all its humanity.

Tired of this constant pressure to be a strong woman, she sets out to invite women to be true to themselves, in their sensitivity, their sensuality, their "flaws," their strengths, their nuances, their slices of life, their metamorphoses, their duality. For all women.

Throughout this journey, from a first workshop in the heart of the Normandy countryside to today's workshop in the hustle and bustle of Paris, the paths of Mavelle and its creator are closely linked.

As if her creations were a catalyst, the expression of her lived realities, slices of life and environments traversed, the expression of who she is, the evolution of her relationship to her body, to her intimacy.
