Person responsible for processing

1.1 The data controller is Mavelle Paris (hereafter "Mavelle Paris"). As such, Mavelle Paris - and/or its service providers acting in its name and on its behalf - determines the purposes, technical and legal means of personal data processing and undertakes to take all necessary organisational measures to guarantee secure processing in compliance with the Data Protection Act, files and freedoms of 6 January 1978, as amended by the Act of 6 August 2004 (hereinafter "the Act") and the European Regulation of 26 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter "the RGPD Regulation").

 

1.2 Mavelle Paris is free to choose any physical or moral person who processes Users' personal data at its request and on its behalf (hereafter "the processor"). If necessary, Mavelle Paris commits itself to select a subcontractor offering sufficient guarantees regarding the technical and organisational security measures for the processing of personal data.


Processing of personal data

2.1. The use of the Website, the access to some of its sections and/or any request for information or services from the Users of the Website may lead to the communication of personal data. The processing of these data by Mavelle Paris, in its capacity as Data Controller, and/or by the service providers acting in the name and on behalf of Mavelle Paris, will comply with the Law and with the RGPD Regulation.

2.2 This Privacy Policy is intended to enable Users to know, even before accessing the various sections of the Website and communicating their personal data, how Mavelle Paris processes the personal data of Users of the Website. The User will necessarily have to read it before communicating his personal data by filling in the forms provided for this purpose in the different sections of the Website.

2.3 Personal data will be processed mainly in an automated way, with procedures strictly related to the purposes mentioned in point 3.

Mavelle Paris is committed to ensuring that Users' personal data is treated with the utmost security and confidentiality and takes appropriate measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration and deletion of such personal data.

2.4. Mavelle Paris also collects some personal data of the Users in order to recognize them and to offer them an optimal, quality and personalized user experience. This collection also allows to correct possible errors on the Website. The information collected concerns the User's connection (IP address, geographical area, day and time of consultation, services consulted and/or used etc.) as well as the device from which the connection is made.


2.5 The Site uses cookies to better meet the User's needs and to personalise the Site. The purpose of a cookie is to indicate that you have visited the Site.

2.6. Any omission, partial or inaccurate information on personal data, indicated by an asterisk, and therefore necessary for the performance of the requested service, renders the latter impossible. On the other hand, any failure to provide, or partial or inaccurate provision of, optional personal data shall have no consequences.

Purposes of processing personal data

Users' personal data is processed to enable orders placed on the Website to be processed and delivered.

The ordering process on the mavelleparis.com Website requires the creation of a Customer account in which the Customer's information is stored and protected by a password chosen by the Customer.

Subject to validation by an "opt-in" from the Customer, personal information (personal data, e-mail address, gender...) may also be used by Mavelle Paris and/or its partners for commercial purposes such as the sending of newsletters or solicitations.

Personal data likely to be processed

The information provided by Users when filling in forms or creating their customer account is collected and processed. This information may include Users' name, gender, height, address, e-mail address and telephone number.

Consent

Users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not call into question the lawfulness of processing already carried out, based on consent given prior to such withdrawal. Retention period for personal data
In accordance with the legal requirements imposed by the Law and the RGPD Regulation, Mavelle Paris keeps Users' personal data only for the time reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they are processed.

Communication of Users' personal data for internal purposes

7.1. Personal data can be transmitted to the employees or collaborators of Mavelle Paris who, by operating under the direct authority of Mavelle Paris, are appointed as data processors or subcontractors of these data and receive the adequate operational instructions.

7.2. Mavelle Paris makes sure that the subcontractors, employees or collaborators guarantee the same level of protection as Mavelle Paris and makes sure that these subcontractors, employees or collaborators, treat the personal data only for the purposes authorized by the pursued aims, with the discretion and the required safety.

 

7.3. The personal data directly communicated by the Users by filling in the online forms may be communicated and processed by external service providers acting in the name and on behalf of Mavelle Paris.
 

7.4 Data are not likely to be transferred to a country outside the European Union.

Users' rights

8.1. Mavelle Paris guarantees a fair and lawful treatment of the Users' personal data.
8.2. Mavelle Paris guarantees to the User a right of access to his personal data.According to article 15 of the RGPD Regulation, the User has the right to obtain from Mavelle Paris the following information (but not exhaustive) concerning his personal data:
_The purposes of the processing
_The categories of personal data concerned
_The recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has been or will be communicated, in particular recipients who are established in third countries or international organisations

Where possible, the period for which the personal data is to be stored or, where this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this period
The existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, as referred to in paragraphs 1 and 4 of Article 22 of the GDPR Regulation and, where applicable, at a minimum, useful information regarding the underlying logic, as well as the significance and intended consequences of such processing for the data subject.
Mavelle Paris guarantees the User a right of access to his/her personal data.

In accordance with article 16 of the RGPD, incorrect or inaccurate data may be rectified or deleted at any time. At first, the User will proceed himself to the necessary modifications from his user account, then the User will ask Mavelle Paris to proceed to the modifications if necessary.
The User has the right to obtain the deletion of his personal data in the cases listed in article 17 of the RGPD.


8.4. Mavelle Paris guarantees the right to limit the processing.
The User has the right to obtain the limitation of the processing of his personal data in the cases listed in article 18 of the RGPD Regulation.8.5.

8.5. Mavelle Paris guarantees the right to data portability.
According to article 20 of the RGPD Regulation, Users have the right to receive from Mavelle Paris personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

They also have the right to transfer this data to another data controller, without Mavelle Paris being an obstacle in the cases provided for by the RGPD Regulation.
 

8.6. Mavelle Paris guarantees the right to object to data processing.


The User has at any time the right to oppose to the processing of his personal data, when there are compelling and legitimate reasons related to his particular situation. In this case, Mavelle Paris will no longer process personal data, unless there are legitimate and compelling reasons for the processing which prevail over the interests and rights and freedoms of the User, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.


8.7. Mavelle Paris guarantees the right to make a complaint.
The User has the right to make a claim concerning the treatment of his personal data by Mavelle Paris to the Commission National de l'Informatique et des Libertés, competent body for the French territory.

8.8. The User will be able, at any time, to exercise the above-mentioned rights by sending an electronic message to the following address: mavelleparis@gmail.com or by ordinary mail to the following address: 30 rue Mathieu 93400 Saint-Ouen.

Limitation of liability of the data controller.

 

The Website may contain hypertext links to websites controlled and operated by third parties unrelated to Mavelle Paris. Where applicable, Mavelle Paris cannot be held responsible for the content of these sites, nor for the personal data protection practices of these third parties.
Mavelle Paris cannot be held responsible for the loss, corruption of data or identity theft, which may be caused in particular, but not exclusively, by the presence of viruses or computer attacks.

Modalities for modifying User data

Cookies

Cookies are used on the site to improve the User experience.
The cookie identifies the User's computer and enables the site to remember the User's personal settings. Cookies are also used for statistical purposes.
The User can program his browser to know when a cookie is going to be activated. This allows the User to reject the use of the cookie or to ask the browser to delete the cookie at the end of their visit to the site. The online shop cannot be used if cookies are rejected.

Once logged in, a user ID will be assigned to the User, enabling anonymised internet tracking on several media (tablet, desktop, telephone, etc).
